Sergiusz Kielian is an Attorney-at-Law and Partner at Baker Tilly Legal Poland in Warsaw. He specialises in corporate and transactional matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, capital markets and corporate disputes. He advises both Polish and international clients on share and asset deals, joint ventures, investment agreements and distressed asset acquisitions.

Before joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland in 2023 together with a team from PATH Law, he was a partner at PATH Law Hatylak Kielian i Wspólnicy and previously the founder and partner of Kielian i Wspólnicy. Earlier in his career he worked for over a decade at the international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel.

Sergiusz has extensive experience advising clients from a range of sectors including FMCG, renewable energy, real estate and logistics. He supports strategic investors and founders in complex cross-border transactions and corporate restructurings. His practice also extends to the e-commerce sector, where he advises market participants on both EU and domestic legal frameworks.​
