Specializes in M&A transactions, capital market law and corporate restructuring. He has extensive experience in asset sales transactions, joint venture projects, drafting investment agreements, acquiring distressed companies and resolving corporate disputes. He supports clients across a range of industries including FMCG, renewable energy, real estate and logistics.

Prior to joining PATH, he worked for major international and domestic law firms, actively supporting Polish and foreign investors in their operations in Poland.
