Career
Grzegorz Gajda is the Managing Partner at Baker Tilly Legal Poland and an attorney-at-law with more than 20 years of experience advising Polish and international clients. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, restructuring processes and complex cross-border transactions.
He leads the firm’s M&A and corporate practice and plays a key role in the development of the firm’s international client base, particularly investors from the DACH region. His experience includes advising on buy-side and sell-side transactions, corporate reorganisations and strategic investment projects across multiple jurisdictions.
He also advises Asian investors, in particular from China and India, supporting them in entering the Polish market and implementing investment projects in the Central and Eastern European region.
Before joining Baker Tilly Legal Poland in 2018, he worked at Deloitte Legal and previously at BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak and other law firms in Poland. Since 2023 he has served as Managing Partner of Baker Tilly Legal Poland, responsible for the firm’s strategic development and operations in Warsaw and Poznań.
He advises clients from sectors including energy, manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, real estate, IT and new technologies.
