Hitesh’s practice encompasses 22 years of experience in all branches of litigation- civil, criminal, commercial and constitutional matters. He has represented clients in the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts in India, district courts (civil, criminal and rent act matters), consumer forums, competition commission, TDSAT, etc., and arbitration proceedings both ad hoc arbitration and institutional arbitration such as those conducted under the LCIA, ICC, SIAC, etc. Hitesh has acted as a Special Counsel for State of Maharashtra in the Bombay High Court and the Supreme Court of India.

In his corporate practice, he has advised clients on a range of contentious issues including international corporate commercial transactions, banking and labour matters along with mergers and acquisitions. Hitesh advises on exchange control regulations, foreign investments in India, outbound investments from India, incorporation of entities in India, power and infrastructure projects, and general corporate matters. He also advises companies for issue and dealing of securities in the primary and secondary market along with setting up domestic funds.

He has an especially strong practice with Media and Sports laws and his involvement in Sports laws can be noted in relation to the Commonwealth Games, the Indian Olympic Authority, the BCCI and Hockey India along with several corporate battles. Hitesh has advised several leading media and Bollywood personalities in their legal encounters.

His Clientele List covers various jurisdictions including U.S.A, France, Dubai, Singapore etc. His clients are spread across various industry sectors like government, pharmaceutical and healthcare, real estate, media and entertainment, sports etc.  Hitesh has also represented famous bollywood celebrities and media houses.
