Dianne Ng is a litigation lawyer with more than 18 years of experience in dispute resolution and advisory work, with a principal focus on banking and finance litigation, corporate and personal insolvency, civil and commercial disputes, corporate litigation, shareholders’ disputes, and employment-related matters.

She regularly advises and represents financial institutions and commercial entities in complex contentious matters, including the enforcement of security documentation and issues arising from financial fraud.

Dianne has appeared at all levels of the superior courts, as well as in the industrial courts, and is experienced in managing matters involving both high-value and multi-party disputes. In addition to her litigation practice, she is also a registered trademark agent.
