Career
Jeremy joined Harcus Parker in February 2021, having previously worked at a leading international law firm. He is a highly experienced competition and regulatory lawyer with a practice spanning both contentious and non-contentious matters. Jeremy has practised antitrust and competition law since 1999. He has advised on a wide range of issues, including anti-competitive agreements, abuses of dominance, market investigations, merger control, and subsidy control (including State aid). He has acted on cases before the Competition and Markets Authority, the Civil Aviation Authority, and the European Commission, and has appeared before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, the High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Court of Justice of the EU.
Memberships
Jeremy contributed to the Private Enforcement of Competition Law database (Kluwer) and was a founding editor, now a consulting editor, of the EC Merger Decisions Digest and the Market Definitions Locator (Kluwer). He is also the author of the UK Aviation Chapter of Butterworths Competition Law (LexisNexis) and a contributor to the Journal of European Competition Law and Practice (OUP).
Jeremy is the Treasurer of the Competition Law Association, the UK branch of the International League of Competition Law (LIDC).
