Career
James is a Senior Associate (Solicitor Advocate), working within the Commercial and Competition Litigation teams at Harcus Parker. James qualified in 2010 and joined Harcus Parker in June 2020, from the London office of an AM Law 100-listed US law firm. His dispute experience is extremely broad, including a number of complex, national and international commercial disputes, primarily in the English High Court but also in the DIFC and a multitude of arbitration fora, including LCIA, ICC, ICSID and UNCITRAL. These matters have primarily related to financial services, natural resources, construction/property and intellectual property.
James also has high-level experience in internal investigations and criminal/regulatory defence.
