Nate is a commercial Barrister, specialising in group claims since 2021. Nate was called to the Bar in 2012 and joined Harcus Parker in April 2024. He has appeared as Counsel before all levels of Courts and Tribunals, including the Court of Appeal and the UK Supreme Court. Nate is ranked as an “Associate to Watch” for Group Litigation: Claimant by Chambers & Partners, and has been identified as a Key Lawyer by Legal 500.

Nate is a founder of the only industry association representing lawyers in the group claims space (CORLA), and he is currently CORLA’s Treasurer.

Nate is also passionate about improving access to careers in Law. He is a member of the Scholarships Panel at Gray’s Inn, and routinely assists its Education Department with its Student Outreach and Education programmes.
