Adam joined Harcus Parker in February 2020 from another leading litigation practice. He specialises in high-value commercial fraud, complex contractual disputes, insolvency, and banking matters. Adam has played a leading role in several significant and high-profile cases before the Commercial Court. He represents clients in hard-fought, high-value international litigation against well-resourced opponents. Adam also leads major group actions, including the Whistletree Mortgage Prisoners litigation, pursuing substantial claims against TSB.

Adam was called to the Bar in 2005 and admitted to the Bar of the Cayman Islands in 2011.
