Ms. Liang Chen is a partner of Han Yi.

Ms. Chen's main practice areas include capital markets, private equity and venture capital investments, M&A, dispute resolutions and general corporate matters. Ms. Chen focuses on biotech, big data, TMT, autonomous driving and semiconductor industries. She has represented several leading domestic and foreign institutional investors for their equity investments and/or asset acquisitions. Ms. Chen has also helped multiple Chinese companies with their equity/debt financing at different stages as well as their overseas listings where she had provided comprehensive legal services, including pre-listing restructuring, legal due diligence, non-compliance rectifications, and regulatory Q&As during the listing process.

Ms. Chen brings extensive experience across capital markets, private equity, and FCPA-related investigations. As former General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of a NASDAQ-listed TMT company, she led legal and compliance functions post-IPO.
