Having practiced in several different jurisdictions for more than three decades, Mr. Xu has extensive experience in various practice areas and industrial sectors. Mr. Xu has been actively involved in structuring and establishing onshore and offshore China-focused private equity funds for both foreign and domestic fund sponsors and investors for over a decade. He has also advised issuers as well as underwriters in several high-profile overseas IPOs involving Chinese companies or operations.
