Ms. Yu is specializing in the areas of private equity/M&A and strategic and minority investments. With nearly two decades of active practice, Ms. Yu has developed extensive experience advising numerous private equity firms, institutional investors, public and private corporate giants and industry leaders in a wide range of complex transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, strategic and minority investments, exits through trade sales and IPOs. Ms. Yu also regularly counsels on restructurings, divestitures, spin-offs, intellectual property matters, regulatory compliance and transaction-related dispute resolution.
