Linda He is the managing partner of Han Yi.

Ms. He's major practice areas include private equity, M&A, healthcare, TMT, antitrust and competition, project finance and banking, foreign direct investment, outbound investment, real estate, and general corporate matters. Ms. He regularly represents institutional investors and multinational corporations in complex cross-border private equity and M&A transactions. In the healthcare sector, she has guided leading international and domestic investment firms through the full lifecycle of investments in hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers. Her real estate practice is distinguished by representing prominent real estate funds in their investments in residential and commercial projects.

She is also highly experienced in antitrust and competition law, providing strategic advice on merger control filings for large-scale cross-border deals, and in project finance and banking, where she has handled financing transactions involving World Bank-financed infrastructure, NPLs, and securitization. Additionally, she provides ongoing PRC corporate advisory support to many of the world's leading multinational companies.
