He specializes in labor law, labor relations and the handling of collective and individual disputes (negotiation, arbitration proceedings, labor crises, administrative and judicial proceedings, among others). He has extensive experience designing strategies to address and manage labor conflict situations in the banking, retail, mining, security and cash-in-transit sectors, among others.
