Roberto also came as a partner from Miranda & Amado to restart Vinatea & Toyama. Roberto is in charge of assembling the strategy of hypersensitive processes, the design of response to the demands, but also assembling the teams that will develop the strategy. (5000 processes).   

Roberto could be described as a Leader in labour relations litigation. One of the top 3 labour litigators in Peru.  

Roberto also advises on individual labour matters, immigration, and social security.
