Fabiola Maza was promoted to Partner in 2024 . She was part of our team at Miranda & Amado, from where she left in 2019 to pursue a master’s degree at Geneva Graduate Institute and immediately after she completed her studies joined our firm in 2021.   

 Fabiola Maza is a lawyer from the Universidad Católica del Perú. She has 15 years of experience as a lawyer. Prior to joining our firm she was an associate at Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados and before at Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas.   

She has extensive experience in consulting on individual and collective labour law issues: production decentralization processes, corporate restructuring processes, implementation of remuneration policies, equality and diversity policies, internal corporate procedures, planning and development of strategies within the framework of labour negotiations and arbitration.
