Partner with over 30 years of experience in labor law and labor relations management, specializing in the handling of disputes with trade unions.

He specializes in labor relations and the handling of collective and individual disputes. He has also served as Human Resources Director, leading all processes related to people development. He has experience designing strategies to address and manage labor conflict situations across all economic sectors, with particular expertise in manufacturing, fishing and mining. He currently heads the firm's Labor Relations practice and, given his experience, takes part in most of the collective bargaining processes and union disputes entrusted to the firm.
