Pavlos Masouros is the Managing Partner of Masouros & Partners and one of the leading Corporate/M&A lawyers in Greece. He has more than 15 years of experience advising on domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings and strategic disputes, and has acted for Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, hotel groups and investors on some of the most sophisticated matters in the Greek market. Alongside practice, he has held an academic role as Assistant Professor of Corporate Law at Leiden University and has also taught at leading institutions in Europe.
