Denisa has been involved in a variety of transactional and non-transactional real estate, commercial and corporate matters, including legal due diligence investigations for the acquisition of real estate, construction projects, drafting and negotiating various agreements. Her experience also covers urbanism and construction (including FIDIC contracts), fire safety regulations matters, as well as aspects related to renewable energy projects.
