With over 27 years of experience in business law, Mădălina’s main practice areas are Real Estate, Energy & Natural Resources and mergers & Acquisitions, in which she has a senior specialist position and project coordination role. She participated in projects that span a large part of the real estate market, including retail, residential, office buildings as well as the industrial and forestry areas. Mădălina was directly involved in and coordinated legal transactions related to the sale or acquisition of lands, construction projects, forward purchase projects and the lease of commercial centers, office buildings and logistic centers. Mădălina participated in relevant projects in renewable energy and natural resources field, where she has coordinated complex due diligence exercises and has been directly involved in transactions related to sale or acquisition of wind and photovoltaic projects.
