She helps clients navigate the complexities of these transactions, offering insights during the due diligence analysis and in all transaction stages. Alexandra’s expertise extends to assisting clients with post-transactional matters, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. In addition, Alexandra has significant experience in negotiating and preparing lease agreements for both office and retail spaces, acting on both the landlords’ and the tenants’ side. Beyond this, she’s skilled at advising on real estate development and handling corporate and commercial matters.
