Katinka is part of both the Franchise and Public & Real Estate team. She is a specialist in real estate, tenancy, and franchise law, with a strong focus on the retail sector.

With over 20 years of experience, she advises, negotiates, and litigates on behalf of leading retail and franchise organisations, with whom she has built long-standing relationships. In addition, she frequently works with property developers, investors, investment funds and agents, giving her a broad perspective on the sector.

Katinka is known for her pragmatic and commercial approach and often acts as the central link in collaborations with her clients’ other advisors. Her leading position and in-depth expertise in the sector are underlined by the fact that since 2020 she has been recognised every year by The Legal Legal500  as a Leading Individual in the Industry category: Retail.
