Peter Huijbregts is a attorney specialising in tenancy law and property law and co-heads the Government & Property section. He advises project developers, property owners, investors and (semi-)public institutions, such as local authorities, on commercial tenancy issues, property transactions and project development. He provides practical advice to ensure that legal frameworks are workable and projects can proceed.

In his practice, Peter combines knowledge of civil property law, tenancy law and environmental law. He provides support in the purchase and sale of property, (re)development and renovation projects and the drafting of associated contracts. By integrating the spatial framework into agreements and contracts, he helps parties to maintain progress and make risks transparent and manageable. He and his team also regularly litigate in tenancy law and property disputes.
