Hélène FONTANILLE is a partner at CLEACH Avocats since 2023. She advises French and foreign companies and their managers on all employment law issues.

Her experience and general practice in employment law enable her to advise companies on all matters relating to employment law (individual and collective relations) and social security law. In particular, she has developed expertise in the field of journalists, which has led her to intervene before the Journalists' Arbitration Commission.

Hélène defends companies before the labour courts (individual and collective disputes), administrative courts and social security courts.

Among the companies that trust her, Hélène FONTANILLE works with media companies, both public and private, luxury hotels, companies involved in new technologies, as well as industrial companies.

Before joining CLEACH Avocats, Hélène worked for COBLENCE Avocats.
