Tanguy NICOLET joined Cleach and has been a partner in the firm since 2022. He primarily works within the Corporate, M&A, Private Equity department.

Tanguy’s area of expertise is corporate law and more particularly mergers and acquisitions and joint-ventures.

Tanguy specialises in Private Equity (LBO, venture capital) and advises investment funds and private investors, as well as management teams.

Tanguy has an extensive international experience and related ability to work on cross-border transactions and in foreign environment.

After practicing law with the Paris and New York offices of Gide Loyrette Nouel, Linklaters and Weil Gotshal & Manges, Tanguy was a partner with Frieh Bouhenic and Pact Avocats.
