Nicolas RENEVIER joined CLEACH Avocats in 2015, after being admitted to the bar, and became a partner in 2023. He primarily works within the Corporate, M&A, Private Equity, and French & International Contracts & Agreements departments.

He advises French and international companies on corporate law matters, particularly in the context of fundraising, acquisitions and disposals of companies, as well as group restructurings.

Nicolas has also taught banking law and corporate law at the University of Versailles – Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Faculty of Law, and corporate law for Master 2 students in Corporate Law at the University of Lille (Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences).
