Jean-Christophe CLEACH, a partner of CLEACH Avocats since 1998, heads the Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Insolvency Law practices.

He acts for French and foreign companies, providing them in particular with support in their sale or acquisition processes, efforts to raise equity, negotiation of shareholders' agreements, corporate restructuring and negotiations with creditors (banks and government-owned companies in particular) as well as assisting them more generally in defining their legal strategy and with regard to all corporate law aspects.

Before joining CLEACH Avocats, Jean-Christophe worked at Gide, following experience as the managing director of an SME.

He is the author of the book “Entrepreneurs and Investment Funds – A Practical Guide to a Successful Partnership,” published in 2021.

Member of the former French legal profession of legal advisor (conseil juridique) and attorney and member of the Paris bar since 1997.
