Isabelle SICOT, a partner at Cleach since 2010, heads the Dispute Resolution Department with Gilles Vermont. She assists companies and represents them before the civil, commercial and criminal courts in relation to any disputes that may arise in the business environment and during the life of companies.

Bilingual in French and Spanish, and after practicing law with the firm of Garrigues in Madrid, Isabelle is in charge of the Desk España, having developed specific expertise in advising and representing Spanish and Latin American companies before the French courts. She also advises and assists French companies who want to develop their business in Spain or who encounter problems related to Spanish law.

Within this framework, she also works on matters for the Contracts & International Agreements practice.

After practicing law with the firms of Farthouat Stasi & Associés and Andersen Legal, then as a partner with the firm of DRS, Isabelle joined Cleach in January 2010.
