Cyrille DECAVELE primarily acts in the Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Contracts & International Agreements practice areas.

He advises French and foreign companies on specific corporate law issues and notably with regard to raising financing, company or asset sales and restructuring of groups of companies.

Cyrille also has significant experience in commercial contracts and international agreements, in the field of distribution in particular.

After practicing law with the firms of Gide Loyrette Nouel and Landwell & Associés and also working for BNP Paribas (international legal affairs), Cyrille joined Cleach and has been a partner in the firm since 2006.
