Career
A partner of Cleach since 2009, Benoît BARDON is in charge of the Tax Law practice. He works on everyday tax issues facing companies (corporate income tax/value added tax/business tax, etc.) and is also involved in tax structuring aspects of acquisitions, investments and corporate restructuring.
He moreover advises on personal tax issues, particularly for executives (management packages), as well as on wealth taxation, and defends the interests of taxpayers in relation with tax audits and before the tax courts.
Benoît practiced law at the firms of PDGB and Medus Devaux & Associés, then developed his own structure before going on to join Cleach as a partner.
