Melvina VALERII is a partner at CLEACH Avocats within the IP-IT department, which she has led since its creation in 2019. She has been advising French and international companies for over 14 years on all IP-IT matters (including 2.5 years as a jurist at Altana, followed by roles as a lawyer in various law firms).

Her experience enables her to advise companies on both literary and artistic property and industrial property matters (trademarks, patents, designs). In these areas, she designs protection, valuation and exploitation strategies. She also assists them in the fields of new technologies and data protection, and in the context of due diligence or acquisition operations.

Melvina defends companies before French and international courts, and in particular before French and foreign industrial property offices. She introduces and monitors alternative dispute resolution procedures and assists her clients in pre-litigation and litigation proceedings.

The companies that have placed their trust in her and her team are, in particular, publishing companies, international industrial groups, artists, perfume houses, luxury craftsmanship houses and communication agencies.
