Joshua Caleb is an Associate in the firm’s Projects in Energy & Infrastructure Practice. he supports clients across the energy, transport, housing, trade, and project finance sectors, advising national and county governments, as well as private sector clients, on legal and policy frameworks that support infrastructure development and investment. Joshua also contributes to Public-Private Partnership (PPP) advisory, stakeholder engagement, and capacity-building initiatives, with a focus on sustainable and climate-resilient infrastructure projects.
