Ilia Martynov supports clients on immigration and commercial matters involving cross-border activity and regulatory requirements. Working within Sterling Law’s Immigration and Commercial departments, he assists on cases where legal compliance, business interests, and international considerations intersect, serving clients across London and the wider United Kingdom.

He works on business immigration for companies employing overseas staff, asylum and protection cases, and immigration issues affecting internationally mobile individuals. Ilia also assists with commercial and civil matters, including company and charity registrations, contractual disputes, and asset-related cases. His work includes legal research, drafting, evidence review, and support with case strategy, particularly for clients in technology and other regulated sectors operating across borders.
