Trainee Solicitor

Otabek Gulomov is a UK-based trainee solicitor supporting corporate litigation matters and immigration appeal cases for business and individual clients across the United Kingdom. He works closely with senior lawyers on dispute-related cases, providing legal research, document preparation, and procedural support at different stages of a matter.

In the corporate practice, Otabek assists with contractual disputes and commercial agreements, including the review and preparation of litigation-related documentation and support in pre-action strategy. His work often involves analysing case materials, supporting negotiations, and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements in corporate disputes.

He is also involved in immigration appeal matters, assisting with the preparation of appeal bundles, evidence review, and case organisation for proceedings before UK tribunals. Otabek takes a structured and practical approach to legal support, helping experienced counsel deliver clear and well-prepared cases for clients operating within the UK legal framework.
