Anton Nikolaiev is a senior solicitor and Head of the Commercial Department at Sterling Law in London, advising entrepreneurs, owner‑managed businesses, and investors on complex commercial, corporate, employment, and contentious matters. His practice spans day-to-day commercial contracts and corporate governance, as well as shareholder arrangements and domestic and cross-border company acquisitions, with a strong focus on start-ups and scale-ups, and their funding rounds.​

Anton has been involved in high‑value, complex litigation, including work on the landmark proceedings in PJSC National Bank Trust & Anor v Mints & Ors before the High Court and the Supreme Court. He also successfully defended an SRA‑regulated Legal 500 firm in a five‑day Employment Tribunal trial involving allegations of pregnancy and race discrimination and whistleblowing, with all claims dismissed, and has completed acquisitions of FCA‑licensed and VASP‑licensed entities and multi‑million‑pound trade mark and shareholder settlements.​
