- Our firm represented Engie in a Class Action Claim filed against it and Petrobras in order to suspend the acquisition of a public company (TAG – a Gas Transport Company), which was owned by Petrobras and manages the largest pipeline network in Brazil. The sales price was around U$ 9 Billion. The STF ruled in favour of our Client and authorized the sale of the Target Company
- Our team is representing Camargo Corrêa in a case before TCU regarding the leniency agreement entered into by the client with the Brazilian State as a result of the Car Wash Operation
- We assisted Monte Santo Consortium with the public tender for the concession of 22 public cemeteries in the city of São Paulo, in addition to the creation of three crematoria. Total amount involved: R$ 1,6bi.
- We represented Dubai Ports in an administrative proceeding aiming at regularising the company’s use of areas in the Port of Santos. Dubai Ports seeks the approval of a project to expand its terminal and optimise the existing layout.
