Practice: Mariana is a partner at the firm with a strong focus on Labour Law. She advises and represents clients in both contentious and non-contentious labour matters, including individual and collective disputes. Mariana has significant experience in conducting labour risk assessments and due diligence processes, particularly in the context of corporate transactions or internal audits. She regularly handles administrative proceedings, especially those arising from inspections by the Ministry of Labour and Employment (MT) and the Labour Oversight Agency (MPT), offering strategic advice to mitigate exposure and ensure compliance. 

Career: Before joining the firm, she worked at Peluso, Stupp e Guarita Advogados Associados (2012–2013) and at Flávio Obino Advogados Associados (2013–2015), and later as an associate at Madrona Advogados (2015–2017) and Almeida Advogados. 

Education: In 2022, she started a postgraduate course in Human Resources at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). She also holds a post-graduate degree in Labour Law (2013) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP) and an LLB (2010) from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU). 

Academic credentials, speaking engagements, etc: Mariana was recognised as one of Brazil's most admired lawyers in the Labour category by Análise Advocacia Mulher. She was also ranked as “valuable practice” in the Labour & Employment – Labour Advisory category by Leaders League and in Band 1 of the Labour & Employment: Mid-Market ranking by Chambers, both rankings were awarded in 2025.
