Anju Thomas

has over 11 years of experience practicing before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and Tribunals across Delhi, with a focus on civil, commercial, regulatory, and corporate disputes. As an Advocate-on-Record, she regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India and handles a wide range of matters, including civil, criminal, commercial, and environmental cases.

In her current role as Associate Partner, she advises and represents clients in complex commercial and civil disputes, as well as environmental matters, before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the National Green Tribunal (NGT).

She has represented a diverse portfolio of clients, including Himadri Speciality Chemicals Limited, Dalmia Bharat Refractories Limited, Amit Metaliks Limited, Aditya Birla Finance Limited (in banking, finance, and insolvency matters), and Titagarh Logistics Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.

In her previous role, she gained extensive experience in regulatory (electricity) and competition law matters, representing clients such as Haldia Energy Limited, CESC Limited, GMR Vemagiri Power Generation Limited, Jindal Steel and Power Limited, Torrent Power Limited, Powerica Limited, Meru Mobility Tech Private Limited (formerly Meru Cab Company Private Limited), and Bull Machines Private Limited, among others.
