Anuja Mukerji is a Partner at AQUILAW, (Mumbai)

Anuja Mukerji has close to two decades of experience in Real Estate and
Construction. She advises leading developers, multinational
corporations, funds, and individuals on acquisitions, title due
diligence, redevelopment, joint ventures, leasing, and regulatory
compliance under RERA across Maharashtra and other parts of
India. Prior to AQUILAW, Anuja was engaged as an Associate
Partner with Desai & Diwanji. Anuja also brings extensive
expertise in estate planning, family settlements, and trust
structures. She has been instrumental in several landmark real
estate transactions involving prime properties in Mumbai, Pune
and Thane. She completed her LL.B. from Government Law
College, Mumbai University.

REAL ESTATE
Extensive experience in title investigations, due diligence, and
documentation for diverse real estate assets including land,
residential, commercial, and industrial premises. Skilled in
structuring and negotiating complex transactions covering
acquisitions, development and redevelopment, construction,
leasing, and sales across Maharashtra.

SUCESSION AND ESTATE PLANNING
Advised HNWIs, entrepreneurs, and business families on
succession planning. Expertise in drafting wills, family
settlements, and private trusts, as well as obtaining Probate,
Letters of Administration, and Succession Certificates from the
High Court of Bombay.
