Soumya Banerjee is a seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of expertise in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Logistics, Healthcare and Hospitality matters. He is heading the Real Estate & Infrastructure Practice of AQUILAW, a full service law firm having offices at Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi and Bhubaneswar. His extensive experience spans across advising a diverse range of clients, including large Indian corporations, multinational entities and Government bodies. He represents AQUILAW in the West Bengal State Council of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He graduated from West Bengal University of Juridical Sciences before embarking on his distinguished legal career.
