Carmine joined L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2026, as Partner and Responsible of the Real Estate Department and as Co-head of the Banking & Finance Department.

He has gained extensive experience in lending and structured finance transactions within the real estate sector, as well as in project finance, acquisition finance and leveraged finance, advising banks, debt funds, institutional investors and industrial groups on domestic and cross-border transactions.

In addition, Carmine also boasts vast expertise in securitisation, special situations and restructuring, debt capital markets and private debt.

During his professional career, he has served as teaching assistant in the Department of Banking Law at the University of Salerno  and has been a lecturer in financial law on the Executive Program in Financial Risk Management at MIP – Politecnico di Milano (Milan, Italy).

Before joining L&B Partners Avvocati Associati, he worked for several years for leading Italian and international law firms.
