Andrea joined L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2025.

With more than 20 years of experience in assisting private equity funds, Andrea specializes in assisting with leveraged and management buyouts (including cross-border), buy-and-build platforms and subsequent acquisitions (add-ons), minority investments, as well as divestment transactions, including in a competitive environment, and structuring reinvestment mechanisms and management incentive plans, with a specific focus on mid-market.

Andrea boasts significant expertise in both traditional and innovative and evolving industries, such as Digital/Tech and Life Sciences & Healthcare.

Before joining L&B Partners Avvocati Associati, he has been a partner at leading Italian and international law firms.
