Career
Pietro joined L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2024 as Partner and Co-head of the Banking & Finance Department.
He deals with banking matters and has significant experience in managing contractual and financial aspects of financing transactions, with particular reference to acquisition finance, real estate and ESG finance.
Moreover, Pietro gained consolidated experience in debt restructuring transactions carried out through recovery plan and restructuring agreements advising banks, investors and debtor companies.
He also assists, on an ongoing basis, national and international companies in relation to ordinary and extra ordinary transactions as well as in relation to contracts matters.
Before joining L&B Partners Avvocati Associati, he worked for several years for leading Italian and international law firms.
