Marco joined L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2022 as Partner and head of the Dispute Resolution Department.

He has significant experience in litigation and arbitration, assisting Italian and foreign clients from different industries (banking and finance, industrial and entertainment) in complex commercial and corporate disputes.

Marco also deals with corporate matters and M&A transactions, having advised clients with reference to investment and divestment transactions in a variety of fields.

He has also developed significant experience in assisting private clients, both in structuring business generational change projects and in inheritance matters.

Before joining L&B Partners Avvocati Associati he worked for many years at leading Italian and international law firms.

During his professional experience he also worked as a secondee at Credit Suisse (Italy) S.p.A. and was secretary of the Board of Statutory Auditors of a well-known listed company active in the media sector.
