Partner, Co-head of Administrative Law

Alessia joined L&B Partners Avvocati Associati in 2025 as a Partner and co-head of the Administrative Law Department.

With a nearly 20 years' experience in administrative and energy law, accrued in leading national and international law firms, Alessia regularly assists leading Italian and foreign companies, including public investees, in the development of projects in the field of energy, infrastructure and various regulated sectors, both in and out of court.

She boasts cross-disciplinary experience, including public procurement (also with reference to the port sector), the issuance of concessions for water surfaces, areas, and quays, real estate, logistics, antitrust, environmental proceedings, and the pharmaceutical sector.

Throughout her career, she has also been involved in the evaluation of administrative law profiles pertaining to contested conduct in criminal proceedings, administrative liability of entities, administrative sanctions and anti-mafia proceedings.
