Nami Associates is advising Sendbypass, a Lithuania-based peer-to-peer online startup facilitating the carriage of cargo by air travellers.

The firm’s engagement encompasses a comprehensive range of legal services, including global corporate structuring, drafting and negotiating the shareholders’ agreement among the founders, conducting regulatory risk assessments, and preparing internal policies and user agreements.

Led by Behnam Khatami, the firm most recently advised Sendbypass on its pre-seed fundraising round, which involved the sale of equity to Austrian investors. This included advising on the optimal transaction structure and preparing the complete documentation package. The deal successfully closed, and Sendbypass is now actively preparing for its next round of fundraising.
