Advocate. Daniel Pękala - In his professional activity, he focuses on substantive criminal law, and in particular economic criminal law and criminal procedure. He has many years of experience in dispute resolution and court and arbitration proceedings. In his professional practice, he mainly defends clients in criminal cases involving white-collar crime. He participates in many multi-threaded and complex cases involving tax carousel frauds, Ponzi schemes, money laundering, fraud, and other property crimes. In addition, he has extensive experience in criminal mismanagement trials. In these trials, he both defended managers and represented companies harmed by their managers’ crimes.
