Ayberk Kurt provides advice to Turkish and multinational companies in issues of competition law. He further represents clients in judicial review of administrative actions.

Mr. Kurt has extensive experience in merger control matters. He is particularly recognized for representing clients in high-profile and complex merger reviews before the Turkish Competition Authority, including Phase II investigations and cases concluded with remedies. He has also led many merger control proceedings in various industries including ro-ro transportation, eyewear, port, logistics, food, crypto markets, automative, port, energy, data centre, telecom, aircraft leasing, airline cargo, mobile games, online ads, storage, chemicals, firefighting equipment, F1 racing, packaging, pharmacy, paper and finance.

Mr. Kurt also dealt with competition law cases spanning over different topics, sectors, and companies. He actively took part in investigations conducted in sectors such as social media, banking, logistics, eyewear, spare parts and insurance.
