Commissioned by the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Court in Krakow, he acts as a receiver and court supervisor. Conducts lectures and workshops in bankruptcy and restructuring law for trainee attorneys on behalf of the OIRP in Krakow.

Attorney-at-Law, previously he was, among others, Director of the Legal Department in one of the large real estate development companies in Cracow. He has experience as a member of the Supervisory Board of a company with State Treasury participation.
