- Dottir advised Kesko in their historic IT services transformation, the largest in the company’s history. - Dottir acted as legal advisor to Kela in the Eepos IT procurement process, a major strategic initiative aimed at renewing Kela’s benefits processing systems and related digital infrastructure. We provided legal counsel to Kela throughout the negotiations in the public procurement process, including the negotiation of the procurement agreements, legal support during the procedure, and contract finalisation. The assignment required close cooperation with Kela’s project and legal teams in navigating a complex multi-phase and multi-vendor procurement governed by public procurement legislation. The Eepos project marks a significant step in the digital transformation of Finland’s social security services. The new solution will renew Kela’s benefits processing systems with the goal of improving efficiency, user experience, and adaptability to future needs. **************************************

- Dottir advised the Central Finland Health Care District (Keski-Suomen sairaanhoitopiiri) in the procurement of the new Health and Social Information System from Cerner Ireland Limited. The value of the 10 year agreement is approximately EUR 286 million.
