Katja is a Partner and Co-Head of Dottir's Corporate and M&A practice. Katja is a versatile M&A professional with several years of experience in advising on various international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other corporate law matters with a focus on cross boarder M&A.

Katja is a certified board member (HHJ) and acts regularly as the secretary of Boards of Directors and advises public and private companies on corporate governance. She also advices on venture capital investments and capital markets transactions.

Katja is a trusted advisor to growth companies in executing complex international transactions with her extensive project management skills and business-oriented collaborative approach.
